Chamomile Tea

Chamomile is a classic of herbalism. Considering its properties this plant consists only advantages. The benefits of chamomile can be enumerated for a long time but the most important of them are anti-inflammatory, calming and even regulating the digestive system.
However like any herbal remedy, chamomile should be used in moderation to fully benefit from its positive effects.

Preparation:
Temperature of infusion : 95°C
Infusion Time: 4-8 mins
Quantity : 1 teaspoon per 120 ml
