Hibiscus infusion has a slightly sour taste due to the high content of vitamin C. It also contains organic acids, plant fiber, flavonoids, calcium and unsaturated fatty acids,
It is worth drinking hibiscus infusion primarily for the benefits it brings. The most important thing is that it lowers the level of bad cholesterol, supports the fight against hypertension, accelerates metabolism, and is also credited with antibacterial and cleansing properties.
It is also recommended for problems with water stagnation in the body
In the summer, you can pour the hibiscus flowers with cold water, the flowers need more time to give the extract to the drink.
