Sencha Green Tea
Tea full of richness, considered the healthiest tea in the world.
The Japanese believe that thanks to this tea they live longer than representatives of other societies.
Sencha contains zinc, calcium, fluorine, potassium, iron and sodium, as well as a set of B vitamins and vitamins: A, C, K, E. It is rich in antioxidants that protect the body against free radicals. Sencha delays the aging process, improves well-being, mood, improves metabolism, brain and circulatory system.
The name "Sencha" means: "cooked". The art of brewing green tea is specific if we want the infusion to have the most health-promoting effect. Incorrect water temperature can cause the valuable ingredients to evaporate or not be extracted. When preparing Sencha, pour the water over leaves at a temperature of 60-80 degrees Celsius and wait for 1-3 minutes. The brewing time depends on the temperature of the water and the intensity of the infusion you want to obtain. Longer brewed Sencha will have a more bitter, distinctive taste, and at the same time it will have a calming effect. Short brewing is recommended for people who want a relaxing effect. One portion of the leaves can be poured 2 or even 3 times.
